„I tricked myself into believing that I didn't have anxiety (...) if you're not paying attention you can easily push the symptoms under the rug”
to może być na rzeczy
„you get nervous you get overwhelmed you start to really overthink what's gonna happen in the future you play through every scenario to the point where it feels uncontrollable”
„if you wanted to relax you couldn't”
„I'm usually a mess I'm usually very nervous my palms are sweaty”
„I don't wanna say you don't have control over it, but when it gets bad you don't„
z tym bym się zgodził
„I felt like there was so much going on that I think it just kind of shocked my system and I started to get symptoms”
„it's gotten more mild as the days have gone (…) rebuilding my routine getting back to work has certainly helped (…) yet I still have a ways to go”
„it feels like everything's gonna fall apart”
zdecydowanie tego nie mam, raczej depresyjny ..nihilizm
„every time there's a sound on the plane every time there's a bump every time I hear a beep of the intercom I'm like this is it the planes going down there's no hope, like this is the last thing”
„I'm dizzy I'm panicking I can't walk straight I have to sit down like most of the day I had to sit down because my shortness of breath I couldn't catch my breath”
„this apartment is killing me”
„I felt embarrassed and ashamed to be having these feelings or these thoughts”
„you feel like you're out of control you feel like like how long is this gonna last how long am I gonna have to deal with this and then even when you have the good days you're worrying that it's not gonna last and eventually those feelings and those physical symptoms are gonna start to come back”
„I'm sure of it there will be times again where I will have to face this kind of uncertainty and doubt in my life”
„it also reassures me to know that if I'm able to get through this one time I can do it again in the future I can hopefully better learn to cope with these kinds of environmental changes and shifts in my life”
